职位描述
1、根据业务操作规范，通过电话、短信、信函等合法合规的方式跟进并督促客户履行还款义务，达成任务指标（汽车金融贷款业务）；
2、准确记录与客户沟通的相关内容，核实并修复客户相关信息；
3、作业过程中及时发现风险并上报；
4、按时完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，无不良信用记录，无犯罪记录，有催收工作经验的优先；
2、反应灵敏，有一定心理承受能力，能在压力下工作；
3、具有较强的沟通能力及语言表达能力，熟悉金融行业相关的法律法规；
4、熟练掌握Excel Word等办公软件。
