职位描述
Smalley US for specific quality questions and issues.
Ø Take responsibility to communicate with external customers once they
meet quality problem.
Ø Take responsibility to solve the quality problem with the quality
department in Smalley US together.
Ø Set up ISO 9001 standard, improve internal process, for example
checking, measurement method.
Ø Take care of customers’ requirements for quality paper work. For
example PPAP, drawing & quality documents (between
customers’ and Smalley) double confirmed and communication
Ø Measurement work, load testing, OD/ID, free height, cycle life
testing etc.
Ø Working as a liaison between Smalley USA and existing customers in China
Ø Visiting customers as needed
Ø Technical /engineering education background preferred
Ø Over 3-5 years experiences for quality work or related
Ø Strong communication skills
Ø Excellent English skills in verbal and writing
Ø Team cooperation attitude
