Overseas Payroll Excellence海外薪酬专员

Responsibilities
1.Review payroll for overseas countries, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all overseas payroll operation.
2.Create/Review SOPs for global payroll processes and liaise with local teams to customize local payroll SOPs and checklists.
3.Ensure that data source submission and approval processes meet the development needs of the company and business.
4.Collaborate with internal HR technology team to promote the intelligent connection between external payroll calculation systems and upstream data source systems, especially in providing input for complex scenarios.
5.Manage the cooperation with payroll vendor.
6.Perform other tasks to achieve payroll operation excellence.

-Experience in payroll or ssc.
-Spoken English is must.
