2.Strictly follow the company's sales strategy, focus on core flower products, fully ensure the profitability of the company's products, actively promote sales work, and ensure the completion of annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets issued by the company.
3.Proactively connect with relevant entities such as flower growers, regional distributors, and supply chain partners, establish good cooperative relations, deeply explore potential sales opportunities in cooperation, expand sales channels, and help the company achieve sales targets.
4.Based on market research results, in-depth analysis of flower market development trends, changes in customer needs and advantages and disadvantages of competitors, form targeted market analysis reports, and provide professional support and reasonable suggestions for the company to
formulate and adjust business sales strategies.
5. Adhere to the principle of safeguarding the company's core interests, use professional communication and negotiation skills to efficiently connect with customers, balance the interests of the company and customers, achieve a win-win situation between the company and customers, and improve customer cooperation stickiness.
6. Systematically learn the variety characteristics,maintenance knowledge, product advantages and other contents of the company's flower products (focusing on pineapple flower, anthurium, phalaenopsis, and oncidium), provide professional product consulting services for customers, help customers choose suitable products, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate.
7.Actively participate in flower-related promotion activities, industry exhibitions and other events organized by the company, take the initiative to share market research insights and sales experience, cooperate with the team to carry out promotion work, help the team capture more sales opportunities, and improve the overall sales performance of the team.
8. Be responsible for following up the entire execution process of cooperative contracts, timely coordinate and solve various problems in the contract execution to ensure the smooth performance of the contract; at the same time, connect with customers to promote the smooth signing of the next year's cooperative contract and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations.
9. Regularly write market analysis reports and customer visit reports, ensure that the report content is true, the data is accurate, and the analysis is in place, and submit them to the relevant responsible persons of the company in a timely manner to provide reference for the company's decision-making.
Requirements:
1. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above,major is not limited, and agricultural-related majors are preferred.
2.Ability Requirement: Possess excellent communication and expression skills and certain sales capabilities, be good at dealing with people, and be able to efficiently connect with various partners.
3.Skill Requirement: Master the operation ability of relevant office software, and be proficient in writing various documents such as market analysis reports and customer visit reports.
4.Professional Quality: Positive and optimistic,strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit and team cooperation awareness, and willing to travel frequently.
5.Core Orientation: Sales work is result-oriented,customer-oriented and company interest-oriented. Possess strong sense of goal and execution, and be able to take the initiative to promote the implementation of sales work.
6. Good English skills (both oral and written).
