Job description 工作描述

—Establish, maintain and continuously improve the total quality management system and ensure its effective operation;
—建立、维护并持续改善全面质量管理体系，并确保其有效运行；
—Promote the standardization of quality management system process execution, compile work plan and summary;
—推进质量管理体系流程执行标准化，编写工作计划和总结；

—To develop the preparation and implementation of quality management system audit plan and assist with external audit;
—开展质量管理体系审核计划的编制、实施与外部审核的协助工作；

—Establishment and management of quality archives periodically or irregularly;
—定期或不定期进行质量档案的建立与管理；

—Regular inspection of internal quality management system and on-site work, monthly quality report issued;
—定期进行公司内部质量管理体系巡查及现场工作，每月出具质量月报；

—To organize and carry out quality control training for relevant departments and personnel;
—组织和开展对本部门、相关部门、相关人员的质量控制培训工作；

—Promote the implementation of quality improvement plan and system operation, follow up and confirm the effect, and solve problems;
—推进质量改进计划及体系运行的实施、效果跟踪确认、并解决问题；

—Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
—完成上级领导安排的其它工作任务。


Job requirements 职位要求

—Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering;
—化工类相关专业本科及以上学历；

—Experience in quality management related training and education;
—接受过质量管理相关培训教育经历；

—Five years or more on-site quality management system position experience in fine chemical industry;
—3年及以上精细化工行业现场质量管理体系岗位工作经验；

—Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system, rich experience in quality system implementation and quality management system construction; familiar with quality management techniques, able to prepare quality management system documents; skilled in data analysis software, data analysis ability;
—熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，有丰富的质量体系执行经验和质量管理体系建设经验；熟悉品质管理手法,能够编制质量管理系统文件；能熟练掌握数据分析软件，有数据分析能力；

—There are systematic methods to deal with quality problems, with strong communication, coordination, planning and promotion capabilities; strong judgment and decision-making ability, influence; a high degree of dedication, passion, can accept high-intensity work, positive and optimistic working attitude; good at communicating with people of all kinds of personality, fair and impartial.
