职位描述
1、负责销售订单的生产计划安排，根据Bom请购审核生产物料，制定备料计划，预测人员、机器、物料等需求拟生产计划，并监督计划达成情况。；
2、制定物料安全库存，受控审核，控制成本；
3、根据生产日计划下达物料计划至仓库，并跟踪发料及时供应生产，跟进生产计划完成进度；
4、针对生产过程中的异常问题，及时与采购、品质、工程等部门沟通，协调解决处理问题，确保交货计划正常进行
5、生产异常或销售订单变更时的应对处理；
6、做好生产及相关部门数据统计；
7、汇报生产产能，收集需横向部门配合解决的问题。
8、领导交付的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，30-45岁
2、三年以上金属钣金加工、冲压行业工作经验，两年以上本行业生产计划、排程、跟单工作经验；
3、熟悉金属钣金加工、冲压等工艺流程；
4、有小批量、多品种生产特点的生管跟单经验；
5、擅于沟通，有责任心，有团队领导力；
6、熟悉办公软件和ERP系统；
