What we expect
- Bachelor level university graduated, 10+years working
experiences of in international manufacturing business environment;
- Familiar with the tools, concepts and methodologies of World
Class quality management like six sigma, Deming, 5S, TQM, TPS;
- Strong Quality Consciousness;
- Leadership and management training or experience;
- 5+ years working in leadership position;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Effective communication and report writing skills;
- Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude;
- Great leadership capabilities
