职位描述
1. 负责荧光笔、白板笔等笔类产品外观创意设计、草图构思与方案定稿。
2. 独立完成产品3D外观建模、效果图渲染、配色及CMF表面工艺设计输出。
3. 跟进设计方案落地，配合结构、模具、生产部门优化外观造型，解决手板、试产、量产外观相关问题。
4. 开展市场调研、流行趋势、竞品款式分析，挖掘用户喜好，输出符合市场热销风格的新款设计。
5. 制作设计提案、宣传效果图、专利附图，整理设计档案、图纸及相关技术资料。
6. 协同业务、产品团队对接需求，完成款式修改、改版迭代与新品立项设计工作。
二、任职要求
1. 工业设计、产品设计、艺术设计等相关专业，本科。
2. 熟练使用Rhino/Creo/UG任意一款三维建模软件，精通KeyShot渲染，会PS、AI平面修图排版。
3. 具备扎实手绘功底，形体、透视、色彩审美能力优秀，有完整笔类/文具设计作品集。
4. 熟悉塑料、五金常用材质，了解注塑、喷涂、电镀、丝印、烫金、磨砂等表面加工工艺。
5. 了解笔类产品基础结构与开模常识，设计具备落地性、实用性，兼顾颜值与生产成本。
6. 3年及以上文具、笔类外观设计从业经验，有上市成品案例者优先；优秀应届生可放宽条件。
7. 思维灵活有创意，工作细心负责，沟通协作顺畅，能接受项目进度节点压力。
1. 有文创笔、学生笔、商务礼品笔设计经验。
2. 拥有外观专利、设计赛事获奖经历。
3. 熟悉国内外文具市场风格与流行款式。
