General Purpose
Perform accounting and good customer service related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Job Responsibilities
• Provide payment supporting to align with company financial control policy and procedure, and ensure the proper and timely booking of all payment • Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests • Sort, code and match invoices, enter and upload invoices into system
• Track expenses and process expense reports, prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Prepare and perform check runs, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Assist with month end closing
• Other ad-hoc assignment as per required
Requirements:
• 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Experienced in accounts payable, with knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software
• Working experience with MNC is preferred
