Equipment Supervisor/设备主管

Job Responsibility：
1、Equipment installation and preventive maintenance---30%
• Lead the team to complete installation and acceptance of all new equipment with or without on-site supplier support.
• Lead the team to develop and finalize preventive maintenance plans for all equipment.
• Monitor and enforce implementation of equipment preventive maintenance plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of preventive maintenance activities.
2、Equipment troubleshooting---30%
• Lead the team to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Monitor critical equipment performance including uptime, OEE, MTBF and MTTR.
3、Continuous improvement---20%
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to drive equipment-related continuous improvement.
• Encourage the equipment team to develop innovative solutions such as automation, spare parts localization and critical system in-house fabrication.
• Strengthen equipment team safety awareness and lead equipment safety initiatives.
• Regularly collect and analyze OEE, MTBF, MTTR, failure rate and maintenance cost data, and issue analytical reports.
4、Team Management---20%
• Motivate, engage and empower the equipment team to achieve high and sustainable performance in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure proper job placement for all equipment personnel through effective interviewing, coaching and skills guidance.
• Cultivate a learning environment, provide training and development to meet short-term and long-term organizational expectations.
Job Requirements：
• College degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• 10 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and repair.
Skills & Other Requirements.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical drawing design using CAD and SolidWorks.
• Understanding of PLC systems and equipment management databases.
• Familiar with semiconductor equipment maintenance including grinding, polishing, cleaning and metrology systems.
