1.根据需求计划制定采购订单，全程跟踪订单执行，确保物料按时到货。
2. 管理库存水位，提前识别短缺风险，协同供应商调整备货与排期。
3. 处理供应异常（交期延误、质量退货等），快速制定并执行应急方案。
4. 维护ERP系统采购数据，定期分析并汇报供应商交付绩效。
1. 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限，1年以上采购计划或订单跟单经验，熟悉制造业物料周期。
2. 工作积极主动，对数据敏感，能精准核对订单及到货信息，严谨细致。
3. 具备优秀的跨部门及对外沟通协调能力，逻辑清晰，能快速定位供应异常的根本原因。
4. 具备独立分析供应风险并推动解决问题的能力，能从容应对突发交期变更。5. 熟练使用Excel（透视表、VLOOKUP等）及主流ERP系统。
6. 能接受偶发性非工作时段（含周末）紧急供应商联络。
7. 能接受短期出差。
