职位描述
1、制定销售目标，完成销售任务;
2、最大化运用公司现有的客户资源，开发潜在客户同时扩大销售产品范围;
3、维护并扩大大客户业务范围，及时回复并满足客户的合理要求, 熟悉国内及国际市场动态, 善于做市场以及客户分析;
4、做好客户备档，文案工作和相关流程, 保证文件的完整性;
5、善于做统计分析, 能够规避交易风险, 做到公司利益最大化;
6、商务会谈流畅有技巧, 能有效解决工作中的各种问题，并做到今日事今日毕;
7、完成领导安排的其他临时性工作。
任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、商务英语专业，具有较好的英语水平，听说读写流畅无障碍。能够完成并做会议PRESENTATION；
2、有3年以上良好的市场营销、销售工作经验。有营销亮点和营销风格；
3、可独立开发客户并与国外客户进行业务交流，能够独立完成整个交易过程，具有分析总结行业产品知识和市场需求动态的能力；
4、具有较强的沟通协调能力、学习能力强；
5、熟练操作办公软件及网络销售平台，特别是PPT制作，以及图片处理能力；
6、自我要求高并富有责任心，动手能力要强，性格稳重行为得体大方，具有团队合作精神，能挑战较大工作压力；
优先考虑：
1.有过零售商销售或者跟单经验者优先。如，Walmart, Testco, K-mart, Rubbermaid, 3M 等。
2.有2年以上“家纺或纺织行业”销售和跟单经验。如，毛巾浴室系列，美容护理系列，地毯地垫，家用纺织品以及各类商用和民用清洁用品。
3.有海外留学背景并有2年以上对外销售经验者。
