Responsibilities：

• Lead end-to-end vehicle reliability, durability & environmental endurance testing for heavy-duty trucks across proving grounds and public roads, aligned with vehicle development milestones and real-world customer scenarios (long-haul, regional short-haul, extreme climate/geographic conditions);

• Manage test execution with drivers: clarify requirements, standardize issue reporting workflows, and ensure traceable, efficient test delivery;

• Proactively identify hardware/software defects (powertrain, chassis, ECUs, ADAS, e-powertrain systems, etc.), conduct preliminary root cause analysis via diagnostic tools (CANalyzer, M-log, INCA), prioritize issues, and track resolution through to closure;

• Support climate (summer/winter/high-altitude) test planning, cross-functional coordination, and Chinese customer usage pattern research;

• Collaborate with internal teams and external test service suppliers to align test objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;

• ≥3 years of automotive industry experience in whole vehicle road testing; Heavy-duty truck experience preferred, new energy vehicle (BEV) / e-powertrain testing experience is a plus;

• Proficient in test plan/work instruction development, fault diagnosis with automotive tools, and GB/GB-T & industry durability/environmental test standards;

• Familiarity with Python/Matlab for test data post-processing/automated analysis is a plus;

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, proactive mindset, and team-oriented work style;

• Fluent in English.
