工作职责： 1. 机加工过程规划设计Machining concept and specification design; 2. 机加工设备调研、选型、释放及验收 Machining machine investigation, slection, process release&verification and capital release; 3. 工装夹具设计、标准化及验收释放 Fixture design, standardization and release; 4. 制定刀具方案（包含车床刀具、加工中心刀具及动力刀等）Design machining tools concept; 5. 编制数控车床及数控加工中心的加工程序,设备系统包括FANUC、SIEMENS等 Creating machining programs for FANUC ,SIEMENS, etc.system turning machine and machining center; 6. 熟练操作CREO-NC及NC simulation模块进行程序模拟 Excellent knowledge of CREO-NC and NC simulation; 7. 协助调试程序（了解设备性能及工装方案，能够根据设备及装夹方案进行程序调整） Setup program together with technicians according to machine and fixture status; 8.工艺文件（操作指导书，物流周转作业指导书）编制 Working instruction creating; 9. Routing 工时的维护 Routing maintenance; 10. 生产过程中问题的及时解决solve the problem in production process in time; 11.机加工项目进度管理及协调工作 Machining sub-project management and team negotiation; 12. 在TDM系统创建刀具调整卡 Creating tools setup information in TDM system; 13. 程序及刀具优化 Optimizing programs & tools; 14. 工时计算及成本评估 Machining time calculation and cost evaluation; 15. 机加工成本优化降低 Manufacturing cost optimization and reduction 16.设备产能评估计算及规划 Machine capacity evaluation and planning; 17.自动化加工���元规划建设及验收释放 Automation machining cell design and release. 任职要求： 1. 3-5 years of relevant business experience in machining; • Effective mechanical knowledge; • Effective knowledge of machining machines; • With good knowledge in machining program, tools and process parameter • Language: 2. good level English. 3. IT skills: Excellent office software, CREO, NC simulation.
