Mission of the Role: The Displays Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and
validation of automotive display systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams
to ensure the successful integration of display technologies into vehicle platforms.

Key Objectives of the Role:
System Design: Develop and design automotive display systems, including hardware and
software components, to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate display systems into vehicle
platforms, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
Validation: Conduct validation testing of display systems to ensure performance, reliability, and
compliance with specifications.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to display systems, providing
support during development and production phases.
Requirements Management: Define and manage system requirements, ensuring alignment with
customer needs and project goals.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system designs, test plans,
and validation results.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance system
performance and reduce development time.
Key Performance Indicators:
Achievement of project milestones and deliverables

Successful launch of 5 RFQ projects

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering,
or a related field, with equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in launching automotive display products.
Strong understanding of automotive display technologies, system design principles, and
validation techniques.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects
simultaneously.
Proficient in understanding hardware, mechanical, and software design intricacies.

Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) to effectively collaborate with
global teams and customers.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI, and SharePoint).
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, and CAD software.
Skilled in collaborating with suppliers for part selection and negotiation.
Bonus: Understanding of hardware architectures and implementation for various products.
