Program Coordination & Execution - Lead cross-functional coordination to support program milestones and deliverables. - Ensure alignment between regional PD teams and purchasing to meet timing, cost, and quality targets. - Track and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies. 2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Serve as the go-to liaison for internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates. - Facilitate regular syncs and reviews to maintain transparency and accountability. - Support escalation and resolution of cross-functional challenges. 3. Process & Governance Support - Help establish and maintain program governance frameworks. - Drive consistency in reporting, documentation, and decision-making processes. - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the Displays PM function. Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field - 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in automotive or technology sectors - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results - Experience with program governance and reporting tools.
