订单售后处理订单物流仪器仪表医疗器械
Responsibilities
• Key Account Project Management: Respond to client needs and collaborate with project managers to develop service solutions.
• Annual Project Planning: Work with project managers to complete full-year project planning and identify optimal service solutions.
• Supplier Management: Responsible for supplier onboarding, quotation consultation, procurement, payment processing, and goods receipt.
• Quality Reporting: Assist project managers in developing periodic project quality reports and communicate service quality satisfaction with clients.
• Cost Control & Financial Reporting: Support project managers in cost control, revenue and cost accounting, and submit business reports as required.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate other project-related matters.Coordinate other related matters within the project.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in the instrument service industry
• Proficient in SAP system operations, including contract entry and order placement
• Basic knowledge of finance
• Proficient in office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Awareness of occupational health and safety self-protection, and compliance with relevant occupational health and safety requirements
