Job Description
Working within the Workforce Data Services Team based in China HR Services Team to support HR related process like onboarding, offboarding, contract renew and Shanghai Hukou application, relocation and legal entity change. May be involved in project under the direction of more senior colleagues.
Typical Accountabilities
- Follow HR SOP to deliver day-to-day HR administration operation processes and programs, including on-boarding, off-boarding, contract renewal, relocation and legal entity change process to prepare and delivery related
HR documents etc. - Support reference check for leavers
- Support employment certificate, income certificate, exit certificate and
other HR related certificate production and delivery - Provide pro-file retrieval service and documents track & chase
- Provide company chop and HR chop services on HR related documents
- Provide support on internal and external audit in HR
- Service Now case management
- Continues improvements on HR Admin operation process
- Support the successful implementation of global and local projects
- Be accountable for ad-hoc projects and related duties when required
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years HR generalist experience
- Good service mindset and team work spirit
- Good communication and cross-functions collaboration
- Bachelor degree
- Good at oral and written English
- Majority in pro-file management is better
