供应链管理光伏电池质量管理体系
- JOB SUMMARY
· This position is based in Intertek CEA China ESG team with remote working arrangement in China, focusing on ESG traceability management, supply chain compliance verification and project delivery for clients in photovoltaic (PV), battery and energy storage industries. The core responsibilities include supplier document & data review, client & supplier communication, project execution support, ESG/traceability audit implementation, and other tasks assigned by the manager. The incumbent will act as a key liaison between clients and suppliers, ensure smooth project delivery, and maintain high-quality client experience, while adhering to Intertek's quality standards and compliance requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
· Review supplier-submitted documents and data including procurement contracts, logistics information and other relevant materials, verify their compliance and accuracy, and complete corresponding work reports in accordance with internal and client requirements.
· Communicate with domestic and international clients and suppliers throughout the whole project lifecycle, ensure effective and timely information transmission, smooth project execution, and act as the core liaison between clients and suppliers to deliver a positive and professional client experience.
· Assist in the review and development of proposals for PV/battery-related services, and collaborate closely with technical sales and business development teams to support business expansion and project landing.
· Conduct ESG or traceability audits, supply chain mapping, and risk assessments for suppliers independently or in collaboration with team members, and provide professional consulting services including ESG-related solutions based on clients' customized requirements.
· Complete other assigned tasks as directed by the line manager, and provide necessary support to team members to ensure the efficient operation of the whole team.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Fluent in spoken and written English.
· 1-2 years of working experience in supply chain management, photovoltaic (PV) or battery industry is highly preferred
· Holding relevant professional certificates in ESG, supply chain management, quality management or system audit is a plus
· Experience in ESG reporting, supply chain traceability system building or compliance management for multinational enterprises is a plus
· Strong project execution and problem-solving skills, with experience in independently leading or delivering client projects is preferred
