职位描述

GMP商务运营前端商务沟通生物制药
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement supply chain strategy, ensuring the actions are aligned with relevant business requirement
• Based on commercial demand, plan and align finished goods production plan with CMOs and ensure on time delivery
• Manage relevant API & RPM supply planning, review the GIT supply status / stock level of RM and monitor timely arrival of stock
• Tracking RM orders associated cash flow and cost variance review to ensure right settlement with CMOs, following up and coordinate on Payment reconciliation with Finance and Suppliers
• Responsible for Order processing in ERP system Place PO, perform GR, confirm PO in D365) for Finished goods
• Manage different modes of shipment delivery (Land/ sea/air) from CMOs to customers to ensure supply availability
• Responsible for customs clearance of imported goods, e.g. Medical device and cosmetics
• Manage customer order fulfilment and ensuring risks are escalated to the right stakeholder timely
• Reviewing forecast accuracy by identifying key root causes for forecast errors and implements initiatives to improve
• Coordinate logistics and customer service process such as damage return or repackage whenever needed
• KPI tracking review: OTIF inbound, OTIF outbound, forecast accuracy etc for CMOs
• Involved in E-code /UDI management/product traceability
Qualifications (required for the role)
• Bachelor or above Degree.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.

Experience
(previous work experience required for the position)

• 2-5years + related work experience in Supply Chain within GMP manufacturing environment in pharmaceutical company.
• Solid experience on import/export process with hands expertise.
• Rich experience on international logistics management.
• Ability to develop win/win relationships with suppliers and other functions to reduce cost and improve delivery and quality
• Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world
• excellent problem-solving skill
• quick leaner to adapt to new organization and culture
• Demonstrate strong CMO management skill
• Good project management skill, Ability to manage all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items
