职位描述
协助进行下列工作的开展
1、三会管理
组织召开定期及临时股东大会、董事会、监事会，准备相关材料。三会档案及各项资料归档。
2、参控股公司三会管理
参控股公司三会等内控合规性管理对接工作。
3、信息披露
辅助信息披露相关工作。
4、投资者关系管理
与股东保持联系，及时了解股权变动等相关情况，办理公司股权登记等。
5、制度管理
根据监管规则，进行公司治理制度和内控制度的修订、完善，并有效落实。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，法律、金融、会计等相关专业；
2、有上市公司、证券公司、律师事务所、会计师事务所实习经验者优先考虑。
