1. Lead and manage micro team, develop strategic goals and individual development plans, provide training, guidance and support to ensure micro testing performance requirements.
领导并管理微生物小组，制定战略目标及个人发展计划；提供培训、指导和资源支持，确保微生物检测工作达到绩效要求。

2. Responsible for micro work in Development Center and Quality department of Foshan brewery, including allocating resources, assigning testing tasks per internal quality testing plans, reviewing all micro reports, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tests.
负责研发中心及佛山啤酒厂质量部的微生物检测管理工作，包括统筹分配资源、依据内部质量计划指派检测任务，并审核所有微生物报告，确保检测工作按时、高质量完成。

3. Responsible for Microbiological related technical components of NPD, including microbial test protocol selection, test delivery, report preparation and data archiving to ensure standardized management.
负责新产品开发的微生物相关工作，包括检测方案的选择、测试执行、报告撰写及数据归档，以确保研发管理的标准化。

4. Support NPD process in collaboration with development team to assess quality, compliance and regulatory risk using dHACCP tools and National Standard reviews.
支持新产品开发流程： 与开发团队紧密合作，利用动态危害分析与关键控制点（dHACCP）工具及国家标准审查，评估新产品在质量、合规性及法规方面的风险。

5. Support new supplier review (including raw material and OEM) and audit related to NPD including audit process, supplier improvement plan and supplier coaching to ensure new suppliers are both compliant for food safety and product consistency.
支持新产品开发相关的供应商审核： 参与新供应商的审查与审核工作（包括审核流程制定、供应商改进计划及辅导），确保新材料既符合食品安全标准，又能保证产品的一致性。

6. Manage micro-related laboratory instruments/equipment (e.g., PCR, yest counter and microscopy), including calibration and maintenance, to ensure precision meets experimental standards.
管理化验室仪器设备（比如PCR，酵母计数器和显微镜），定期校验维护仪器和设备，并组织安装调试，确保实验室仪器设备的精度满足试验要求。

7. Supply beer yeast strains to all factories in China according to the yeast demand plan.
按照工厂酵母需求计划供应中国区所有工厂啤酒酵母菌株。

8. Develop and update standardized manuals (testing, training, calibration) to ensure staff use correct test methods.
标准化微生物测试方法的选择、微生物测试培训和验证等手册的归档工作，确保测试的标准化管理。

9. Provide technical support for microbial abnormalities, customer complaints, new product development and contamination issues, assist in root cause analysis and improvement verification.
为微生物异常、客户投诉、新产品开发及污染问题提供技术支持，协助进行根本原因分析及改进措施的验证。
10. Oversee the safe storage and usage of spare parts, consumables and chemicals in the laboratory and other routine work (e.g., consumables and reagents procurement).
监管实验室备件、耗材及化学品的安全存储与使用，并负责其他日常事务（如耗材和试剂的采购）。

11. Responsible for the development, establishment, and certification of the Microbiology module within the Quality Management System, alongside the Laboratory Management System certification.
负责实质量管理体系实验室菌株和微生物部分的建立和认证，以及实验室管理体系认证。

12. Continuously develop new microbial detection/identification technologies for NPD to enhance laboratory capabilities.
持续发展新的微生物检测和鉴定技术，提升实验室微生物检测和鉴定能力。

13. Compliance with laboratory standards and regulations, guaranteeing the application of valid and compliant testing protocols.
熟悉实验室相关的标准、法规，确保使用合规的实验室标准。
