Responsibility:
As the core technical backbone, you will fully participate in and promote the localization process of the company's metallurgical equipment, lead the core work related to mechanical design, and provide comprehensive technical support for product quality improvement, cost optimization and business expansion.
Enhance the technical capabilities of SBME to meet the business development needs of Sund Birsta group.
Localization Parts
Lead the localization and localization part selection of the company's original
metallurgical equipment design, control the cost reduction direction from the
design source, and help achieve the product localization cost reduction goal.
Technical Disclosure to suppliers/processors
Provide full-process technical support for product localization, including technical
demonstration of part/material selection, technical disclosure to suppliers/processors, and quality supervision of key processing procedures.
Mechanical Design Work
Independently complete mechanical design work according to customers' personalized needs, and ensure the feasibility, technicality and economy of design schemes.
3D Modeling and Design Optimization
Skilled use of PDM system and SolidWorks, complete drawing, BOM preparation, 3D modeling and design optimization, and integrate cost reduction concepts in the design stage.
Technical Supporting Works
Coordinate with procurement, production, quality and other departments to solve technical problems in production, assembly and testing, and promote product quality iteration.
Collaboration with Teams
Collaborate closely with foreign technical teams, communicate efficiently in English (mainly listening and speaking), and synchronize technical information.
Reporting Line: Senior Mechanical Engineer reports to the Technical Manager.
Requirements:
In order for you to have the conditions to be successful in the assignment, you should have:
• Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related, with solid professional basic knowledge.
• Work Experience: More than 5 years of mechanical design experience, priority given to those with metallurgical equipment design and localized part selection experience; familiar with machining and hydraulic knowledge.
• Professional Ability: Strong ability in localization part selection and independent mechanical design; proficient in PDM system, Solidworks and AutoCAD; with the ability to judge the cost of mechanical parts and formulate optimal technical solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and coordination ability; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, especially outstanding listening and speaking ability to cooperate smoothly with foreign teams.
• Others: Rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and execution; able to adapt to the work rhythm of foreign-funded enterprises and recognize the company's corporate culture.
• Excellent skills in communication, coordination and technical disclosure, capable of efficiently liaising with suppliers to resolve technical and quality issues arising during production and processing.

岗位职责：
作为公司技术核心骨干，全程参与并推进冶金设备本地化进程，主导机械设计核心工作，为产品质量提升、成本优化及业务拓展提供全方位技术支撑。
加强 SBME 的技术能力，以满足森德斯集团的业务发展需求。
本地化零件 / 国产化零件：主导公司原有冶金设备设计的国产化、本地化零部件选型，从设计源头把控降本方向，助力实现本地化降本目标。
向供应商 / 加工方进行的技术披露：支撑产品本地化全流程技术工作，包括零部件选型技术论证、供应商/加工商技术交底、加工关键工序质量监督。
机械设计任务：根据客户个性化需求，独立完成机械设计工作，保障设计方案可行、合规且经济。
三维建模与设计优化：熟练运用PDM系统、Solidworks，完成图纸绘制、BOM编制、三维建模及设计优化，在设计阶段融入降本理念。
技术支持：协同采购、生产、质量等部门，解决生产、装配、测试中的技术难题，推动产品质量迭代。
团队协作 / 与各团队协同工作：为销售团队提供技术支持，参与客户沟通中的技术答疑、技术协议审核。与外籍技术团队紧密协作，以英语（听说为主）高效沟通，同步技术信息、推进合作项目。
汇报路线：高级机械工程师向技术部经理汇报工作。
任职要求：
为了使您在任务中获得成功，您应该具备以下条件：
• 学历专业：本科及以上，机械相关专业，具备扎实的专业基础知识。
• 工作经验：5年以上机械设计相关经验，有冶金设备设计、本地化零部件选型经验者优先，熟悉机械加工、液压相关知识。
• 专业能力：具备较强的本地化零部件选型及独立机械设计能力；熟练运用PDM系统、Solidworks、AutoCAD；具备机械零部件成本判断及最优技术方案制定能力。
• 沟通能力：优秀的沟通协调能力；英语听说读写流利，尤其听说能力突出，能与外籍团队顺畅协作。
• 其他：工作严谨，责任心及执行力强；能适应外企工作节奏，认同公司企业文化。
