JPED X Academy is a future-oriented education system reshaped from the ground up. It deeply integrates an AI precision learning engine, Minerva’s interdisciplinary platform, and Stanford d.school Design Thinking to build an innovative education ecosystem of “AI Empowerment + Entrepreneurial Practice + Global Immersion”. We are more than a school; we are an incubator for innovative leaders. Our goal is to cultivate the next generation of innovators who can launch “One-Person Companies”, meet top university admission standards, and possess business acumen, global vision, and resilience.Here, we do not recruit traditional teachers. We seek Global Innovation Guides who redefine education: AI handles core academic instruction, while you focus on the essence of education—guiding students to become self-driven, breakthrough-ready future founders.

Core Role: Global Innovation Guide (4 Dimensions)
1. 创业实战教练
Entrepreneurship Practice Coach
全程指导学生创立真实 “一人公司”,从市场洞察、产品设计到融资路演提供全流程支持,推动学生完成从创意到盈利的闭环。
对接清华科技园、全球企业资源及家长网络,为学生搭建真实商业场景,用数据看板追踪项目营收、用户增长等核心指标,对创业成果负直接责任。
设计创业技能工坊(商业谈判、数据分析、融资规划),确保学习成果可直接应用于实战,而非理论灌输。
Guide students to build real “One-Person Companies” from start to finish, supporting market research, product design, and fundraising pitches to close the loop from idea to revenue.
Connect with Tsinghua Science Park, global corporate resources, and parent networks to build real business scenarios; track revenue, user growth, and KPIs via dashboards, taking direct accountability for outcomes.
Design entrepreneurship workshops (business negotiation, data analysis, financing planning) to ensure learning is applied in real practice, not theoretical instruction.
2. 全球轮转 PBL 导师
Global Rotation PBL Mentor
主导 7–12 年级全球沉浸计划:9 年级非洲 / 柬埔寨社会企业调研、10 年级美国硅谷创业孵化、11–12 年级海外企业实习 / 诺奖得主交流,及巴厘岛、夏威夷等跨文化 PBL 项目。
运用设计思维(Design Thinking)引导学生完成全球项目,处理跨文化冲突与突发问题,在实践中培养抗压韧性、团队协作与全球胜任力。
Lead the 7–12 global immersion program: Grade 9 social enterprise research in Africa/Cambodia; Grade 10 entrepreneurship incubation in Silicon Valley; Grades 11–12 overseas internships & Nobel laureate exchanges; cross-cultural PBL in Bali, Hawaii, etc.
Use Design Thinking to guide global projects, manage cross-cultural conflicts and emergencies, and build resilience, teamwork, and global competence through practice.
3. 成长与情感引导者
Growth & Emotional Guide
开展生活技能工坊,涵盖公众演讲、目标设定、情绪调节、批判性思维等核心素养培养,成为学生信任的成长伙伴。
一对一深度关注学生个性化发展,用 AI 数据看板监控学业与创业双线进展,在时间管理失衡、项目卡点等问题恶化前主动介入,提供精准支持。
Deliver life-skills workshops: public speaking, goal-setting, emotional regulation, critical thinking, and core literacy; serve as a trusted growth partner.
Provide one-on-one personalized support; monitor academic and entrepreneurial progress via AI dashboards; proactively intervene in time-management struggles and project bottlenecks before escalation.
4. AI 赋能教学协同者
AI-Enabled Teaching Collaborator
熟练运用 Alpha 2HR Model、Khanmigo 等 AI 自适应系统与工具,高效压缩基础学科学习时间,为学生释放更多时间用于创业与全球实践。
探索 AI 与教学深度融合,如用 Minerva Forum 平台开展跨学科协作,借助 AI 工具优化工坊设计与项目指导效率。
Proficiently use AI adaptive systems including Alpha 2HR Model and Khanmigo to efficiently compress core subject learning, freeing time for entrepreneurship and global practice.
Explore deep integration of AI and teaching; lead interdisciplinary collaboration via Minerva Forum; use AI to optimize workshop design and project guidance efficiency.
三、任职要求
Job Requirements
(一)基础要求(Global Innovation Guide)
Basic Requirements
学历与背景:海外知名院校硕士及以上,专业优先STEM背景;具备优秀跨文化沟通能力,英语可作为工作与教学主要语言。
Education:Master’s degree or above from a renowned overseas university (certified); major about STEM subject preferred; excellent cross-cultural communication skills; English as the primary working/teaching language.
核心经验:3 年以上青少年教学、教练、PBL 项目指导或创业孵化经验,可提供可验证成果案例(学生项目获奖、创业落地、能力显著提升等)。
Experience:3+ years of youth teaching, coaching, PBL mentoring, or startup incubation experience with verifiable results (awards, launched projects, measurable growth, etc.).
核心能力:
卓越公众演讲与激发能力,能调动学生主动性与创造力;
熟练使用 AI 教育工具(Khanmigo、ChatGPT、Copilot);
可接受全球轮转,每年国内外出差 2–4 个月,快速适应多元文化环境。
Core Competencies:
Strong public speaking and motivational skills to drive student initiative & creativity;
Proficiency in AI education tools (Khanmigo, ChatGPT, Copilot);
Ability to travel internationally 2–4 months/year and adapt quickly to cross-cultural settings.

(二)资深 / 领导职位(Lead Global Innovation Guide)
Senior / Leadership Role
5 年以上创新教育、创业孵化或青少年发展相关经验,至少 1 年团队管理经验,对团队绩效与项目成果负直接责任。
5+ years of experience in innovative education, startup incubation, or youth development; 1+ year of team management experience; direct accountability for team performance and project outcomes.
硕士及以上,创业 / 科技 / 艺术等专业背景优先;具备端到端项目管理或实战创业经历(如主导初创公司、孵化百万级潜力项目)。
Master’s degree; background in entrepreneurship, tech, or art preferred; end-to-end project management or real startup experience (e.g., leading a startup, incubating million-potential projects).
熟悉 Minerva Forum、PBL 项目制教学或 AI 驱动教育模式,能带领团队优化指导体系与项目设计。
