Curriculum & Instructional Leadership

• Lead the development, review, and implementation of vertical and horizontal curriculum planning for Mathmatics, ensuring coherence across year levels and programmes.
领导数学学科的纵向与横向课程规划、开发与评审，确保各年级与课程体系间的连贯性。

• Oversee the design and updating of subject teaching handbooks, unit plans, syllabi, teaching schedules, and assessment strategies.
监督学科教学手册、单元计划、教学大纲、进度表及评估策略的设计与更新。

• Ensure all curriculum documentation and teaching resources are properly prepared, saved on the school server, and updated on designated platforms (e.g., ManageBac).
确保所有课程文件与教学资源妥善准备，并按规定保存于学校服务器及 ManageBac 等指定平台。

• Promote the use of effective pedagogical approaches and ensure high-quality, interactive learning experiences are delivered primarily in English.
推动有效教学法的应用，保障以英语为主要教学语言的高质量、互动式学习体验。

2. 教师发展与绩效管理
Teacher Development & Performance Management

• Organize and chair subject group meetings, workshops, and collaborative lesson planning sessions (e.g., weekly PCT meetings).

• Conduct classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and mentor teachers within the subject group for professional improvement.
开展课堂观察，提供教学反馈，指导组内教师专业成长。

• Support teachers' participation in internal and external professional development (e.g., IB/CAIE workshops).
支持教师参与校内外专业培训（如IB/CAIE 工作坊）。

• Assist programme coordinators in the teacher performance evaluation process.

3. 评估与学术质量保障
Assessment & Academic Quality Assurance

• Lead the design and implementation of formative and summative assessment systems for Mathematics.
领导设计与实施数学的形成性及总结性评估体系。

• Monitor the collection, analysis, and instructional use of assessment data to inform teaching improvements.
监督评估数据的收集、分析与教学应用，推动基于数据的教学改进。

• Uphold academic integrity and ensure compliance with school assessment policies and standards.

• Coordinate the preparation and administration of internal and external examinations.

Administrative Management & Cross-department Collaboration

• Manage teaching resources, laboratory safety (where applicable), and selection of learning materials for the subject group.

• Collaborate with programme coordinators, pastoral teams, and university guidance departments to support students' holistic development.
与项目协调员、德育团队、升学指导部门协同工作，支持学生全面发展。

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the school, including CCA supervision, parent-teacher conferences, and homeroom responsibilities.
