职位描述
全面质量管理体系食品/饮品/烟酒制造
1、Actively lead all aspects of quality management to design quality into the product and systems for the entire value chain (Supplier to Customer).
2、Lead and guide the sites in the implementation of quality strategies, World Class Manufacturing practices and a culture of continuous improvement. Develop an annual plan and track quarterly.
3、Lead and mentor our quality team aligned with our Leadership and Teamwork models, championing excellence from the leadership to the factory floor.
4、Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
5、Implement, monitor and drive the annual Quality Plan improvement efforts.
6、Actively integrate WCM best practices into daily work; lead implementation of WCM foundational best practices and the Quality Pillar Best Practice.
7、Ensure that quality standards are maintained; manage, investigate and refine the Integrated Management System(IMS).
8、Ensure compliance with all quality and food safety standards/regulations; maintain system certifications(FSSC 22000, GMP & HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, etc.).
