职位描述
1、负责公司各类市场会议的全流程策划与执行，包括学术会、经销商会、招商会、产品发布会、展会、科室会、线上会议等。
2、负责会议前期筹备：场地对接、物料设计制作、嘉宾邀约、流程排期、预算制定、人员分工、设备调试等。
3、负责会议现场统筹：签到管理、流程把控、主持配合、现场秩序、突发问题处理，确保会议顺利落地。
4、负责会议后期跟进：数据统计、效果复盘、照片视频整理、客户信息归档、会后回访与线索转化支持。
5、协助制作会议相关宣传物料：PPT、邀请函、海报、易拉宝、宣传册、新闻稿等。
6、收集行业展会、学术会议信息，协助制定年度 / 季度会议计划，跟进会议档期与资源。
7、配合销售、产品团队完成会议邀约、客户接待、活动支持，提升品牌曝光与市场影响力。
8、完成上级安排的其他市场推广、活动执行类工作。
二、任职要求
1、本科以上学历，市场营销、广告、会展、医学、商务类相关专业优先。
2、有3年及以上会议活动执行、市场活动、会展相关经验，能独立负责整场会议优先。
3、熟悉会议全流程：策划、邀约、布展、现场执行、收尾复盘，具备较强现场控场与应急处理能力。
4、熟练使用 Office，能独立完成 PPT、表格、流程方案制作。
5、沟通协调能力强，做事细致有条理，执行力强，能接受出差及活动加班。
6、有医疗器械、医药、健康行业办会经验者优先。
7、形象气质良好，责任心强，具备团队合作意识。
