Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver JD Category sales target and obtain fair market share at EKA channels.
• Define customer category strategy, initiate yearly sales & marketing strategy for profitable sales growth
• Deliver monthly category sales target, ensure customer’s healthy business growth
• Drive GMV, and win for more value share
2. Account Management and relationship building
• Well understand customer features and needs, combined with SCJ strategy, initiate customer development plan
• Lead and effectively conclude annual negotiation with responsible customers.
• Build good relationships with customers, develop win-win cooperation
3. Collaborate with internal department to solve daily operations, including logistical, finance, Demond Plan after sales, quality etc.
4. Develop online business model for new business development. Based on market dynamic to develop new business opportunities.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor degree majored in Marketing/Sales/e-Commerce, or related areas. At least 5 years’ Ecommerce experience in sales and marketing field, prefer FMCG MNC background, and if have JD buyer working experience is plus
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
1. Language Skills Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing)
2. Learning agility, with diversify thinking and innovation capability
3. Strategic thinking and business development experience
4. Business analytical skills and profitability analysis
5. Problem solving skills for complex business challenges
6. Strong negotiation skills in tense situations as well as resolving conflict
