Digital System Engineer

1. Low-Code Platform Development & Application Implementation
• Participate in plant digital project development and independently develop applications meeting user department needs using Siemens Low-Code Platform - Mendix
• Collaborate with requirement management team to analyze business processes and design user-friendly digital solutions
• Optimize existing application performance, ensuring system stability and scalability
2. Innovation Project Research & Technology Incubation
• Research and incubate innovative digital projects utilizing modern technology stack including programming languages (Python/Java/C#), cloud computing platforms (AWS), and AI solutions
• Explore emerging technology applications in industrial scenarios
• Build technical prototypes to validate feasibility of innovative concepts
3. Factory Relocation Digital Assurance
• Develop and support digital system migration plans during relocation periods
• Ensure continuity of critical digital services
• Coordinate digital resource allocation across departments
4. Digital Strategy Planning & Roadmap Development
• Take part in plant digitalization strategy and roadmap activities
• Analyze industry trends and propose digital transformation recommendations
• Assist in establishing digital project priorities and implementation plans
人员要求
Personnel Requirement
• Majored in computer science, software engineering, information management & information systems, or related fields with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#...) with hands-on project development experience
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) with data processing and analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure…) and their associated services is a plus
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) or knowledge of AI applications in industrial automation is preferred
• Strong learning agility and adaptability to rapidly acquire new information technologies and management knowledge
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with proven teamwork experience
