Mission of Function?
MTS Technical support engineer is mainly responsible for SNC MTS (Machine Tool System) products technical support, including field application support, pilot test and benchmark test for new products, and handle escalated case from outside, and provide professional solutions.

Mission of Function?
MTS Technical support engineer is mainly responsible for SNC MTS (Machine Tool System) products technical support, including field application support, pilot test and benchmark test for new products, and handle escalated case from outside, and provide professional solutions.
What are my responsibilities?
- Drive the pilot test and coordinate benchmark test for new MTS products by test concept definition and implementation.
- Take over the escalated cases as T2.5, to clarify the problems and provide professional solutions timely.
- Provide professional onsite investigation for root cause analysis of product problems.
- Collect application feedback of MTS products and transfer it to RD and product manager.
- Document application experience of MTS products and share with related cross function.
- Education - bachelor’s degree or above, automation control Major or related etc.
- Over 5 years working experience at related area.
- Good experience in CNC commissioning and PLC programming, Proficient in servo and VFD application skills.
- Good command of programming software, for example UG, Mastercam, SolidWorks etc.
- Basic hardware analyze ability.
- Good communication skills, both in English and Chinese.
