KOL Management
1. KOL Identification:
Establishing KOL database, as well as rising star pool in the individual region, and updating regularly.
2. KOL Assessment:
Analyzing Periodically KOL’s influence and SSS acceptance, updating KOL segmentation and portrait.
3. KOL Engagement:
Building up a regular connection with KOL via multi-channel communication, providing scientific information about product/disease and getting insights and feedback from KOL.
Execution of Medical Strategy in target Therapeutic areas
1. Meeting/Event:
Taking the leadership of medical led meeting or regional round-table discussion, including organization、agenda development、invitation、material preparation and
presentation if necessary.
2. Following up with KOL about publication/ data mining program and other programs.
3. Leading the field medical program for the purpose of engaging KOL’s advocacy and contribution.
Cross-functional Cooperation
1、 Working closely with area cross-functional team:
Presenting medical action plan in regional meetings、providing medical input on regional activities and sharing KOL insights.
Speaker development to support educational events
Scientific medical communication to influence tendering and formulary listing decision makers to support Albumin access in different channels
Training:
Field sales force training on disease/product/competitor. Field compliance training for promotional team. Field speaker training.
