Ø As IT background with ERP application support knowledge, provide advice to improve the effective use of IT resources.
作为具有ERP应用背景知识的IT人员,提供各类建议来改善IT资源的有效利用。
Ø Support projects and their delivery in accordance with project goals, time scales and agreed organizational working processes.
按照项目目标,时间进度和商定的组织工作流程来支持项目的实施并达到预期的交付。
Ø Ensure the continuous improvement, rationalization and management of existing systems and operations.
确保现有系统和运营不断改进,合理化和更好的管理。
Ø Sets prioritization of local enhancement requests.
负责本地增强需求的优先级。
Ø Proactively support business requirement and provide.
积极支持业务需求,并提供解决方案。
Ø Be responsible for coordinating local Testing activities.
负责协调本地测试的执行。
Ø As a core member of LDC implementation, need to coordinate resources in own department, work closely with the global team to ensure that the requirements of each department are submitted to the LDC implementation team and be responsible for the construction of the LDC system with global LDC team, including requirements identification, process design, user acceptance testing, end-user training, SOP updating, the organization of relevant business data (if applicable to specific department), the system go-live support and other related work.
作为LDC实施的核心成员,需要协调部门内容的资源和全球团队紧密协作,确保各个部门的需求提交给LDC的实施团队,并和全球团队一起负责LDC系统的搭建,包括需求确认、流程设计、用户测试、最终用户培训、SOP更新、相关业务数据的整理(如适用该部门)和系统上线支持等相关工作。
Ø In addition, participate in various internal and external meetings and coordination work related to LDC implementation.
此外,还需参与LDC相关的各种内外会议和相关支持与协调工作。

Ø At least 3~5 years’ working experience in system integration, especially in ASRS, MES and Lab system, etc...
至少3~5年系统集成经验,特别是在自动化仓库,制造执行系统和实验室相关系统等。
Ø At least 3~5 years’ working experience in WebService, JSON, Database (SQLServer, PostgreSQL, etc...), system integration, Network, etc...
至少具备3~5年在 Web Service、JSON、数据库(如 SQL Server、PostgreSQL 等)以及系统集成、网络等方面的工作经验。
Ø Capability in defining new process and process optimization with conceptual thinking.
具备以概念性思维定义新流程和流程优化的能力。
Ø Solid analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to think critically, challenge conclusions and underlying assumptions.
拥有扎实的分析能力,能批判性地思考,并挑战结论及其基础假设。
Ø Communication and analytical skills to interact effectively in a multi-cultural and matrix organization with different stakeholders.
具备良好的沟通与分析能力,能够在多元文化及矩阵型组织中与不同利益相关者有效互动。
Ø Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
能够独立工作并合理安排工作优先级。
Ø Have experience in IT service support.
有IT服务支持经验。
Ø Read & write in English and would be better if good at speaking in English.
能读写英文,口语能力优秀者优先。
Ø It would be better if having experience in SAP or SAP HAHA experience.
有SAP或SAP HAHA相关经验者优先。
Ø Fluent in spoken, written, listen and read English and Chinese.
能流利的用英文和中文听说读写。
