采购专员

岗位职责：
RFQ & Quotation evaluation for sourcing products
Application samples approval in FAV system for procurement team base on the projects
Data analysis for categories and the reporting for cost reduction
Maintain the supplier related documents include purchase frame contracts & COC & NDA etc
Support for supplier souring and new material development
Manage relationships with supplier, drive continuous improvement in terms of cost, delivery, service
Supplier performance evaluation, identify potential risk and adjusting supplier strategy
Other jobs assigned by Line Manager
任职要求：
Familiar with Sourcing process including [supplier development process, Localization process, productcost down process, supplier phase out process.] and purchase order and delivery management, costand price analysis
Experience in track supply market trend of electronic materials, implement action to secure the supply
Ability to negotiate with customers at all levels, make recommendation and provide supporting proposal
Sourcing PMP/ NPI/NPD experience is plus
Experience in escalator industry is plus
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering and & Automation or related fields
US Electrical components Sourcing experience is preferred
