Probe assistant engineer provides end-to-end operational support for product development and team activities. This role ensures effective execution of procurement, material and asset management, reimbursement processes, and cross-functional coordination, enabling engineering teams to focus on technical delivery while maintaining compliance, traceability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1、Procurement & Financial Operations
Create, receive, and track purchase orders in procurement systems; ensure full documentation.
Support external currency payments and track PO status through closure.
Support AR, sub-AR, and CIP processes in accordance with internal financial workflows and reimbursement guidelines.
2、Material & Fixed Asset Management
Manage material issuance, consumption tracking, and reconciliation activities,coordinate periodic physical inventory counts.
Support fixed asset record maintenance, uploading, and lifecycle tracking.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for materials and fixed assets.
3、Planning, Coordination & Logistics
Organize and coordinate PI Planning activities, including schedule, venue, agenda preparation, and catering logistics.
Support cross-functional meetings and technical workshops, ensuring readiness, materials preparation, and follow-up action tracking.
Coordinate office supplies and PPE procurement on a quarterly basis.
4、Site & Cross-Functional Support
Support site-level operational activities and engineering events (e.g., annual events, team engagement activities).
Provide other supports to program team to ensure smooth execution of programs.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
1、Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
2、2~3 years of experience in engineering operations, NPI support, manufacturing operations, or similar roles.
3、Hands-on experience with procurement processes, material tracking, or fixed asset management.
4、Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems and strong documentation discipline.
5、Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
6、Effective communication skills in cross-functional, technical environments.
