§ Under the direct supervision of the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping assists in directing and controlling all housekeeping activities, ensuring that the cleanliness, orderliness and physical aesthetics of the area of assignment are maintained in accordance with established standards.

§ Inspects every room daily, including check-out .vacant and make-up rooms.
每日检查房间，包括离店房、住客房、空房及请速打扫房，房间的进房率达100％。
§ Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival.
检查重点宾客房间。
§ 房间的工程维修及工程的跟进、反馈信息。
§ 房间的计划清洁要有效的落实达标准。
§ 安排房间的地毯清洗及理石地面的抛光。
§ Is completely familiar with and carries out the policies and procedures established by the hotel.
按照酒店设立的各项政策和程序操作。
§ Initiate and maintains effective communication within the housekeeping department.
建立保持客房部内部有效的沟通。
§ 时刻与客房办公室核对房态的变化，有效的协调好房间的清洁。
§ 每天下班要同区域员工进行工作的回顾。
§ Maintains a daily logbook, including service associate assignments, maintenance deficiencies and prepares work order.
每日填写交接本，安排服务员的工作，填写工程维修及跟催。
§ Reports to the coordinator maintenance deficiencies that require immediate attention and follows up on their status.
根据实际情况报告需特别跟催维修的事宜。
§ Ensures that all vacant/clean rooms as well as stay over rooms have been updated by telephone or any other established method if interface not available.
每日电话更新房态及差异房的反馈落实。
§ Assists in the training, supervision and maintenance of grooming and conduct standards of housekeeping staff.
协助培训，督导员工达到酒店标准。
§ Ensures that all lost and found items are forwarded to the Housekeeping office according to established procedures.
按程序将遗失物品交到办公室。
§ Offers all possible assistance to guests.

§ Reports to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper any loss or damage of furniture, fixture or equipment.

§ Assumes other duties assigned by Executive Housekeeper.
