【岗位职责】
1. 负责公司全盘账务处理，审核原始凭证、编制记账凭证，完成账账核对及期末结账，确保账务合规、账实相符。
2. 编制单体及合并财务报表，保证数据准确完整；出具各期财务分析报告，分析关键指标，识别异常并提出改进建议。
3. 负责固定资产、往来、存货等资产核算与管理，定期完成资产盘点核对；统筹成本核算，优化归集流程，分析并优化成本结构。
4. 配合内外部审计及税务检查，提供资料并说明会计处理逻辑。
5. 参与财务制度修订与流程优化，提升核算效率；指导基础会计工作，统一账务标准，规范核算体系。

【任职要求】

2. 3年以上全盘账务经验，熟悉会计准则及财税法规。

4. 大学英语四级及以上，具备良好英语读写能力。
5. 工作细致严谨、责任心强，具备良好的抗压、沟通及团队协作能力。

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the company's full-set accounting, reviewing original vouchers and preparing accounting documents, completing account reconciliation and month-end closing to ensure compliant and consistent financial records.
2. Prepare individual and consolidated financial statements with accurate and complete data; issue periodic financial analysis reports, analyze key indicators, identify abnormalities and put forward improvement suggestions.
3. Conduct accounting and management of fixed assets, current accounts and inventory, and complete regular asset inventory and reconciliation; manage overall cost accounting, optimize collection procedures and improve cost structure.
4. Support internal and external audits and tax inspections by providing relevant documents and explaining accounting treatment logic.
5. Participate in the revision of financial systems and optimization of accounting processes to improve efficiency; guide junior accounting work, unify accounting standards and standardize the accounting system.
【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance and accounting.
2. Over 3 years of full-set accounting experience, familiar with accounting standards and fiscal and tax regulations.
3. Possess Junior Accountant qualification; candidates with Intermediate Accountant, CPA and other relevant certificates are preferred.
4. CET-4 or above with good English reading and writing skills.
5. Meticulous and responsible in work, with good pressure resistance, communication and team collaboration abilities.
