Project Manager

1、Lead NPD project coordination between China-based functions and global counterparts, ensuring alignment with local regulatory and manufacturing requirements.

2、Ensuring familiarity with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

3、Assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing the schedule to ensure timely completion of the project. Explicitly responsible for:
• Development of Project plans, timeline, budget and monitoring.
• Identification of risks, mitigation plans and exit strategy.
• Training team members on the New Product Development process.
• Communication of the status of the Projects to senior stakeholders.

4、Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen by maintaining the project business case through the project life-cycle to deliver tangible results in line with the investment decision up to the closing stage-gate (Gate 6).

5、Leading Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) of colleagues from R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain.

【Job Requirements】

1、Bachelor’s degree，Any major in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

2、5+ years of technical project management experience with end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects.

3、Hands-on experience with hybrid project management methodologies (e.g., Agile-Waterfall hybrid).

4、In-depth knowledge of project management frameworks.

5、Proficient in industry-standard PM tools.

6、Strong business case development & integrated planning to align project delivery with strategic goals.

7、Proficient abilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
