3，具有普外泌尿妇产胸肺等领域高值耗材五年以上从业经验，熟悉耗材入院流程。
4，熟悉普外泌尿妇产胸肺等领域终端客户，具备良好客群关系。
5，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的客户服务意识和团队协作精神。
6，熟悉各类商务渠道，代理商网络，具有成功代理商合作管理经验。
7，电脑使用熟练，熟悉CRM和KOL管理，具有一定的演讲能力和培训技巧。
