系统测试工程师

工作描述/ Task Description:
1. Create test equipment specification based on the product specification, Configure corresponding
parameters and database.
根据产品的功能测试要求，创建测试台架需求文档，配置测试台架的相应参数和数据库
2. Analyze product functional test requirements, create corresponding test cases and sequences
分析产品的功能测试要求，创建相应的测试用例及序列.
3. Create and manage the system test documentation according to requirements
根据要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档
4. Performing the tests, analyzing root cause of failures, fault documentation, result documentation
完成测试，分析错误原因，并编写相应的失效报告，测试报告
5. Support with fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle ( proto/samples/ validation/ analysis/
complaints ...)
协助分析各阶段的失效（原型/样品/验证/分析/投诉等）
6. Permanent coordination with project manager and development team
项目经理及开发团队的长期协调
7. Coordinate the resources and timing with other locations (HKG/HRO) and internally
协调集团内公司以及上海实验室内部的测试资源和测试时间
8. Permanently improve and develop the test methods and test tools for Radar products in Hella
Shanghai test Lab
雷达产品的相关测试方法测试设备的长期完善和开发
9. Other job assigned by Department Manager

人员资质/Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or above in electronics/vehicle/software engineering related majors
电子/车辆/软件工程相关专业本科学历及以上
More than 5 years of experience in automotive electronics testing
5 年以上汽车电子产品测试经验
Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing
英语听说读写熟练
Good teamwork and communication skills and strong pressure resistance
良好的团队协作和沟通能力以及较强的抗压能力
Good at CAN/ETH communication protocol and related toolchains, such as CANOE
精通CAN/ETH 通信协议及相关工具链，如CANOE
At least 3 years of experience in white-box testing, proficient in C language
至少3 年以上白盒测试经验，精通C 语言
Familiar with C#, Python and other programming languages
熟悉C#, Python 等编程语言
Experience with HMI/Test tool is preferred
有上位机经验优先
ISTQB certificate is preferred
有ISTQB 证书优先
Experience in test management is preferred
有 测试管理经验优先
Function safety experience is preferred
有功能安全经验优先
Experience in cyber-security is preferred
有网络安全经验优先
