Your job activities as our Customer Service & Operation Supervisor in Shanghai.
You need to
· Communication with overseas offices and follow up the instruction to handle overseas routing order shipments. Sourcing the prices and better services to support nominations of overseas offices.
· Maintain good communication with overseas offices, make sure correct guidance / information to the customers, and coordinate upon receiving correct goods / docs information.
· Good communication with internal/external colleagues / partners to ensure correct understanding on different service requirement. i.e. SOP implementation, prompt response attitude, always seeking solutions or possibilities.
· Customers relationship maintenance, including FOB, CIF movements
· Inside sales activities and sales support.
· Marketing information research and collection to general market analysis report or any report else.
· To supervise the daily operations in Shanghai office. Excellent knowledge in export / import general operational procedures and give the correct guidance to the operator and customers.
Your skills and experiences
To be successfully, you have to be familiar with operation procedures of air, ocean, warehousing, railway and road transportation. Beside this you have the capability to be a good communicator - both written and verbal - with an understanding of international cultures.
Additional;
You should have at minimum 5-10 years working experience in a logistics industry;
You have account management and interpersonal skills;
Hard working, responsible, good teamwork spirit and accept to work under pressure and ready to take the challenges in career.
College degree or above major in Logistics, or relevant industry;
Your English is, next to Mandarin, good at spoken and written. Other Asian languages are additional strengths;
