Marketing Specialist for the APAC Region

岗位职责:
Marketing Communications Specialist to Support Korea, China, and SEA Region:
• Organize local online and onsite seminars, tradeshows, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute it through online and offline channels.
• Advertise our company and products/services on various media platforms.
• Track the performance of marketing campaigns and report to the regional marketing manager and regional commercial directors.
• Roll out digital marketing campaigns, including corporate websites, newsletters, and eBlasts. Maintain CRM systems. Work with the regional marketing manager and regional team to develop and implement processes to ensure optimal customer interaction.
• Implement content marketing for social media platforms such as Kakao, LINE, Facebook, YouTube, etc., in collaboration with the regional team.
• Optimize SEO, including but not limited to website and keyword advertising.
• Centrally manage budget planning, tracking, and monitoring.
Marketing Specialist to Support Korea:
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Support HQ in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas such as localization and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (SEO outcomes, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

任职要求:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
• 5 - 7years of proven experience as a marketing/marcom specialist or similar role.
• Working experience in the scientific equipment industry is preferred.
• Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media) and market research methods.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
• Proficient in both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SEO and Naver/Google Analytics is a plus.
• Familiar with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Solid skills with artwork software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and other animation tools.
