职位: 人力资源实习生
Location: Xi’an, China

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
Assist in Human resource related working
协助人力资源基础工作
Recording and tracking actions
记录并追踪产生的行动项
HR documents daily maintenance and update
文件日常维护及更新
Responsibilities职责描述:
- Tracking the status: pulse action tracking; training status; performance impact completion status; skill matrix status; Interim position assessment tracking; talent project assessment and coordinate;
- File archive: chop application; training record; recognition; employee’s p-file info; payroll files and so on.
- Some Social insurance/public housing fund/government/talent identification issue: Submit related documents to government;
- Goods purchasing: Star award gift purchasing, 5 years and 10 years annual certificate making; benefit score purchasing and sending;
- Excel and word file maintains (Employees basic data, org chart, contact list, HR board update etc.).
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor/Manager
Qualifications and Experience 任职资格和经验:
- Bachelor/master learning student, major in HR or management related
- Have good communication skills
- Good command of English reading and writing
- Proficiency in MS office software (including Visio and Project)
- Active and responsible
- Can work above 3 days per week, total 3 months above
