职位描述
1. 通过计划，组织，协调，管理等手段有效完成生产任务，确保按时交货；
2. 做好整个生产过程的指挥与控制，保证生产作业的连续性和均衡性；
3. 负责工厂的日常管理及员工的管理，指导，培训及评估；
4. 熟悉折弯，焊接，喷涂，组装工艺；
5. 计划异常（插单，临时调整，设备故障，品质异常）的协调及处理；
6. 熟悉制造业人机料法环多线管理。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 同岗位工作经验5-8年以上；
3. 有小批量多品种生产管理经验；
4. 优秀的沟通能力，领导力;
5. 工作结果为导向。
