岗位职责：
1. 订单审核及基础管理
s 订单审核：负责接受并审核客户订单。严格核对价格、付款条件、交付方式等，确保信息的完整性及准确性。
s 评审与建档：组织生产订单的评审，及时完成订单的录入及归档管理工作。
2. 进出口订单全流程管理（对接奥地利总部）：
s 订单转化：
负责将国内客户订单转化成奥地利总公司的采购订单。并建立两者之间的对应关系。
s 交期与进度跟踪：确认总部订单交期是否满足客户需求；跟进总部生产进度，及时跟踪外贸船期/航班，更新货物到货计划，并制作进口产品的到货计划台账。
s 通关事务：
负责报关文件及单证的制作，对接报关公司，协助处理海关查验，缴纳税款等突发状况，确保货物顺利通关。
3. 国内生产协同与交付：
s 需求传递：定期将客户订单需求更新给采购部，为国内加工件的原材料的采购提供基础数据。
s 生产计划协同：根据客户需求，协同生产部门制定组装加工计划。
s 异常协调：协同销售、生产、仓库，处理缺货，延迟等异常情况，确保订单按时交付。
4. 发货调度与物流执行：
s 发货确认：根据收款情况，与客户确认最终发货明细。
s 出库对接：生成送货单及出库单，
与仓库对接配货及打包。
s 物流安排：安排物流公司揽收或发货
并跟踪货物直至签收。
5. 财务协同：
s 对账结算：负责与客户的对账、开票申请、收款确认，确保财务清晰无误。
