职位描述
1. 产品机加技术文件的编制；
2. 加工程序的编制与优化；
3. 加工效率提升方案设计并跟进实施过程；
4. 产品质量问题改善并跟进提升过程；
5. 现场问题追溯，找出根本原因，提出解决方案；
6. 负责新产品开发，整个APQP过程；
7. 根据要求，负责工装、夹具设计；
8. 负责工程变更的评审、确认、实施；
9、负责技术标准、检验标准的制定；
岗位要求：
1. 熟悉机械加工技术，熟悉数控车、铣、加工中心加工工艺；在发动机行业或有箱体类零件加工经验的优先考虑；
2. 熟悉机加工生产过程；加工中心经验丰富的优先考虑；
3. 具备数控程序编制能力；
4. 熟练掌握CAD绘图软件、project软件、PROE等三维绘图软件；
5. 熟悉TS标准和APQP过程；
6. 具备工装、夹具、量检具设计能力；
7、良好的项目组织协调及沟通能力，有团队意识。
