制程品质工程师（FPC）

1.Handle major internal anomalies and implement containment measures
1.处理内部重大异常和执行围堵措施
2.Lead CFT team for root cause analysis and follow up till actions implemented.
2.领导CFT团队进行根本原因分析，并跟踪直到措施实施。
3. Participate in ECN review, approval and implementation follow up;
3. 参与ECN的审核、批准和实施跟踪;
4.Lead the line qualification of general and Copy line, line/site changes
4.主导通用及Copy line、线体/场地变更时的验收
5.Prepare related FAI/MSOP/outgoing report according to custoemr's requirement
5.根据客户的要求准备相关的ORT/FAI/MSOP/出货报告
6. Lead the skill certification of FQC and OQA inspectors
6. 主导FQC和OQA检验人员的技能考核认证
7. Compile weekly or monthly reports and follow up corrective/preventive actions.
7. 编制周报或月报，跟踪纠正/预防措施。
8. Execute LPA plan and review audit findings weekly, push audit findings to closure
8. 执行分层审核计划，每周审视稽核问题点，推动问题点关闭
9. Perform MES related system control configuration and verification
9. 执行MES相关的系统卡控配置和验证
10.Any other duties that supervisor assigned.
10.主管安排的其他工作。
要求：
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Elecrical engineering is preferred.
1. 机械/电子工程学士学位优先。
2.At least 5 years's expereicen as QE.
2.5年以上QE工作经验。
3.FPCB or PCB related work experience will be preferable.
3.有FPCB或PCB相关工作经验者优先。
4.Good computer skills: Familiar with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
4.良好的计算机技能:熟悉Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint。
5.Comprehend the based knowledge of quality tools such as SPC,8D, 5C,Minitab,FMEA and MSA etc.
5.理解SPC,8D, 5C,Minitab,FMEA, MSA等质量工具的基础知识。
6.Good command in English spoken and written is needed.
6.良好的英语听说读写能力。
7.Good communication skill.
7.有良好的交际技能。
