职位概述 / Position Summary
负责机械加工件和钣金件的供应商开发、商务谈判及供应保障，管理供应商，支持新项目开发和成本优化。直接汇报外籍主管，需要英语工作能力。
Responsible for supplier development, commercial negotiation, and supply assurance for machining and sheet metal parts. Manage supplier, Support new project development and cost optimization. Direct report to expat manager – working English required.

岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
- 开发潜在供应商，主导供应商审核
Develop potential suppliers and lead supplier audits - 管理和定期审核供应商，建立合格供应商目录
Manage and conduct regular supplier audits; maintain qualified supplier database - 谈判商业条款（合同、价格、付款等）
Negotiate commercial terms (contracts, pricing, payment, etc.) - 在系统中创建和维护采购价格
Create and maintain purchasing prices in the system - 根据公司预测准备和协商框架订单
Prepare and negotiate frame orders based on company forecasts - 参与新项目、新产品或替代材料的开发
Participate in new projects, new products, or substitute material development - 分析和评估当前及未来的物料供应情况
Analyze and assess current and future material availability - 准备和处理来自供应链、研发及其他相关部门的采购申请
Prepare and process requisitions from Supply Chain, R&D, and other related departments - 指导和协调采购、质量、设计、销售及供应商相关活动
Direct and coordinate activities across buying, quality, design, sales, and suppliers - 有效管理关键供应商的商业关系
Effectively manage key supplier commercial relationships - 分析和控制项目成本，达成项目目标
Analyze and control project costs to achieve targets - 与财务部门制定付款计划
Establish payment plans with finance department - 领导供应商评估、审核和选择，跟进纠正措施
Lead supplier evaluation, audit, and selection; follow up on corrective actions - 监督供应商质量和绩效，推动持续改进
Monitor supplier quality and performance; drive continuous improvement
必须条件 / Must-have
- 本科及以上学历，机械、供应链、物流、材料等相关专业
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials, or related field - 5年以上采购或寻源经验，机械行业优先
5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, machinery industry preferred - 有机加工和钣金供应商管理经验
Experience managing machining and sheet metal suppliers - 管理过100家以上活跃供应商
Managed 100+ active suppliers - 熟悉机加工和钣金制造工艺
Familiar with machining and sheet metal manufacturing processes - 能理解图纸并与供应商进行技术沟通
Able to read drawings and communicate technically with suppliers - 英语可作为工作语言（直接汇报外籍）
English workable (direct report to expat manager)
- 有具体降本数字或项目案例
Concrete cost-saving figures or project cases - 有国产化或新项目导入经验
Localization or NPI project experience
