2. 了解客户需求，定制招聘方案，开展有效的猎头搜索和推荐
3. 协助客户安排面试、参与薪资谈判等后续事宜
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、经济学等相关专业优先
2. 3年以上猎头行业从业经验，熟悉各种招聘渠道和方法
3. 具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力和分析解决问题的能力
