Key Responsibilities

System Configuration & Data Architecture
系统配置与数据架构
• Lead the final implementation and continuous optimization of the Polarion REQUIREMENTS platform to ensure it is well-structured, logical, and easy to filter/search.
主导 Polarion REQUIREMENTS 平台的最终落地实施与持续优化，确保平台架构清晰、逻辑通顺，支持便捷的筛选与检索。
• Configure projects, work item types, custom attributes, and permissions to align with automotive development processes (e.g., ASPICE, V-Model).
结合汽车开发流程（如 ASPICE 汽车软件过程改进与能力测定、V 模型），完成项目、工作项类型、自定义属性、权限的配置管理。
• Perform regular data maintenance, including cleanup, archiving, and integrity checks to ensure a high-performance repository.
执行常态化数据维护工作，包括数据清理、归档与完整性校验，保障需求知识库的高性能稳定运行。
Requirements Management & Content Population
需求管理与内容落地
• Collect, analyze, and upload existing requirements (from specifications, legacy systems like Excel/DOORS) into Polarion, ensuring accurate data migration.
收集、梳理并迁移现有需求（来自技术规范、Excel/DOORS 等传统系统）至 Polarion 平台，确保数据迁移的完整准确。
• Author, structure, and manage requirements using Polarion with a specific focus on high-voltage components, battery systems, and cell development.
基于 Polarion 平台完成需求的编制、结构化管理与全生命周期维护，重点聚焦高压零部件、电池系统、电芯开发相关需求。
• Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability between requirements, test cases, and design artifacts to support functional safety.
建立并维护需求、测试用例、设计文档之间的端到端追溯关系，支撑功能安全合规要求。
Process Optimization & Compliance
流程优化与合规管理
• Configure workflows (draft, review, approve, sign-off) that support compliance with automotive OEM standards and regulatory audits.
配置需求全流程工作流（起草、评审、审批、签批），确保流程符合整车厂标准与监管审计要求。
• Optimize the system to improve usability, reduce manual effort, and ensure data consistency across projects.
持续优化平台功能，提升易用性、降低人工操作成本，保障跨项目的数据一致性。
User Training & Documentation
用户培训与文档编制
• Write comprehensive user guide manuals and technical documentation tailored to various user roles (engineers, testers, managers).
针对工程师、测试人员、管理人员等不同角色，编制全面的用户操作指南与技术文档。
• Plan and conduct internal trainings to onboard new users and upskill existing teams on Polarion best practices.
策划并开展内部培训，完成新用户的平台入门赋能，以及现有团队的 Polarion 最佳实践进阶培训。
• Act as the first point of contact for user support, troubleshooting issues, and promoting tool adoption.
作为用户支持的第一对接人，负责问题排查与解决，推动平台的推广与落地应用。
Qualifications & Requirements
任职资格要求
Education
学历背景
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related Engineering field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering).
信息技术、计算机科学、软件工程，或电子、机械、汽车工程等相关工科专业本科及以上学历。
• Master’s degree preferred.
硕士学历优先。
Professional Experience
专业工作经验
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Requirements Management using professional tools.
3 年及以上使用专业工具开展需求管理的相关工作经验。
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry (tier-1 supplier, OEM, or engineering service provider).
2 年及以上汽车行业（一级供应商、整车厂、工程服务商）工作经验。
• Strongly Preferred: Background in NEV (New Energy Vehicles), Battery Development, Cell Development, or High-Voltage Components (e.g., inverters, BMS, HV distribution units).
优先考虑：具备新能源汽车、电池开发、电芯开发、逆变器 / BMS / 高压配电单元等高压零部件相关工作背景。
• Preferred: Experience working with German OEMs (e.g., VW, BMW, Mercedes, Audi) or other large-scale enterprise organizations, with an understanding of their specific processes and documentation standards.
优先考虑：有大众、宝马、奔驰、奥迪等德系整车厂或大型企业服务经验，了解其专属流程与文档规范。
Technical & Tool Proficiency
技术与工具能力
• Deep expertise in Polarion REQUIREMENTS (configuration, LiveDocs, workflows, permissions, and reporting). A must.
精通 Polarion REQUIREMENTS 平台，熟练完成配置、在线文档、工作流、权限、报表相关操作，此项为必备要求。
• Strong Plus: Experience with other requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS or Codebeamer.
加分项：有 IBM DOORS、Codebeamer 等其他需求管理工具使用经验。
• Familiarity with scripting (Velocity, JavaScript) for automation and reporting within Polarion.
熟悉 Velocity、JavaScript 脚本语言，可完成 Polarion 平台内的自动化与报表开发。
• Understanding of automotive standards: ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ASPICE, or ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity) is highly desirable.
优先考虑：熟悉 ISO 26262（道路车辆功能安全）、ASPICE、ISO 21434（道路车辆网络安全）等汽车行业标准。
Language Proficiency

• Good English skills (spoken, written, and reading) to communicate with international teams, read technical documentation, and manage global projects.
