Category Sourcing Engineer

Core responsibilities：
1 Developing new supplier, new products and other opportunity to support business growth, margin contribution and competitiveness of new business.
2 Project management on what new received and in progress, from RFI/RFQ until project launched and hand over.
3 Sent RFQ according to request, price negotiation and evaluation. Organize supplier nomination or proposal activities.
4 Arrange samples per project timing, clarify and finalize technical specifications and solve other supplier problems during project development and implement processes.
5 Sourcing new valuable potential suppliers with supplier analysis and strategy plan. Working with other colleagues on supplier assessment, development and follow up action plan.
6 Supplier management with TCO orientation include supplier relationship management, annual price negotiation, documents management (contract, price agreement, NDA etc.), supplier evaluations etc.
7 Category management and implement category strategy plan
8 Follow-up on CSR and other responsible purchasing tasks.
9 Achieve the annual saving target via price negotiation and work closely with other departments on CSP and VAVE program
10 Support on global sourcing activities, and work closely with other colleagues (include purchasing and other colleagues like product managers) from sister companies
11 Good team work with other function department like product management, quality, logistics etc.
12 Maintain the supplier and price information etc. in SAP and other E-Purchasing system.
13 Finish report, data collecting, analysis and other tasks according to request on time.
